As the moonlight bathes us in its silvery embrace, we begin by grounding into the space. Guided questions let our thoughts and intentions flow freely in small groups, guided by intuition and lunar wisdom. Afterward, we hold space for anyone who feels called to share, speaking our nuggets of wisdom into the circle with vulnerability and trust. Voices then rise in song, harmonizing with the stillness of the night, weaving a tapestry of sound that connects us to each other and the rhythms of the earth. Finally, we dance—barefoot, wild, and free—moving with the tides of the moon, releasing what no longer serves us and celebrating the beauty of being fully alive.
