What is shared at the retreat stays at the retreat. Respect the privacy of others and do not share personal stories or sensitive information without consent.

Photography or recording of others without their permission is prohibited.
3. Communication & Conflict Resolution

Engage in open and compassionate communication.

If conflicts arise, address them with understanding and seek resolution in a peaceful manner.

Retreat leaders are available to support conflict mediation if needed.
4. Safety & Well-being

Prioritize your well-being and listen to your body’s needs.

Be mindful of others’ comfort and safety during group activities.

No disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior will be tolerated.
5. Substance Use & Conduct

The retreat is a space for healing and self-reflection—please no alcohol or substance abuse.

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

Illegal substances and misconduct of any kind will not be tolerated.
6. Participation & Engagement

Engage in activities with an open heart and mind.

Honor the schedule and arrive on time for group sessions, let facilitator no if you will not be participating

Respect the sacred space created for personal growth, reflection, and connection.
7. Environmental Responsibility

Be mindful of the natural surroundings and practice Leave No Trace principles.

Respect retreat property, shared spaces, and accommodations.

Dispose of waste properly and conserve water and energy when possible.
8. Consent & Personal Boundaries

Always ask for and receive consent before engaging in physical touch (e.g., hugs, hands-on healing).

Honor your own boundaries and those of others without judgment.

By attending Treehouse Retreats, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to uphold this Code of Conduct. I understand that failure to follow these guidelines may result in being asked to leave the retreat without refund.
